Tourist Attractions<\/b><\/p>

Caves of Nerja:<\/b>\u00a0Although technically in Nerja, these caves are very close to Maro and are one of the most important attractions in the region. They are famous for their impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations, and for hosting concerts due to their excellent acoustics.<\/p>

Cliffs of Maro-Cerro Gordo:<\/b>\u00a0This protected area offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is ideal for hiking, snorkelling and diving. Maro beach:<\/b>\u00a0This beach is known for its natural beauty and crystal clear waters. It is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing in a tranquil and scenic setting.<\/p>

Burriana beach:\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>is awarded year after year with the blue flag. It is also a beach with the Q for Tourist Quality since 2016. Its 800 metres long and 40 metres wide of dark sand make it one of the most visited beaches in Nerja.<\/p>
